Quick Milk Shakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 qt. any frozen fruit (peaches, strawberries, etc.)
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar (approximately)
Preparation

Cut frozen berries into small chunks.
Place in blender or food processor with other ingredients and process until smooth. Yields 2 to 3 servings.
