Lemon Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks margarine
    2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    orange juice from 2 fresh oranges
    2 oz. bottle lemon extract
    1 lb. shelled pecans
    1 lb. white raisins
    1 lb. candied cherries or 1 lb. red candied cherries
    1/2 lb. green candied cherries
    1 lb. candied pineapple
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar in large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
    Add lemon extract.
    Sift flour and baking powder together, then add small amount of flour mixture to cake, beating well after each addition.
    Then last, add the nuts, raisins, cherries and pineapple.
    Mix thoroughly.
