Cloud Cookie Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Stella D'Oro Anisette cookies
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (4 oz.) small tub Cool Whip
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained (save 1/4 c. juice)
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese in a bowl.
    Add Cool Whip, powdered sugar and drained pineapple; mix well.
    (If mixture is stiff, add a very small amount of the saved juice until softer.)
