Crunchy Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. Grape Nuts
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1/4 c. no-fat egg substitute
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas (2 medium)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray 12 muffin tin pans with Pam vegetable spray.
    Mix and spoon into muffin tins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until tops are golden brown and toothpick tests clean.
    Makes 12 servings.
