Chicken Souffle (Or Tuna) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread, cubed
    2 cans tuna or 2 c. chicken (4 to 5 chicken breasts), cooked
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. or less onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. celery, chopped
    4 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 can mushroom soup
    3/4 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread cubed bread in pan.
    Mix tuna or chicken, green pepper, onion, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and celery and spread over cubed bread.
