Beth'S Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 scant tsp. baking soda
    dash of salt
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    caraway seed
    raisins
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients, including caraway seed and raisins, in large bowl.
    Mix all together.
    In separate bowl, combine egg, milk and sour cream.
    Add to dry mixture, 1/3 at a time and mix well until all moistened.
    Pour into greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
    May place in round or square pan.
