Egg Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shortening
    5 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    milk
Preparation
    Put egg in measuring cup and beat with a fork; add the vinegar and enough milk to make one cup.
    Add to dry ingredient mix.
    This makes 3 (2-crust) pies.
    Can be frozen to use later.
