Stir-Fry Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. trimmed green beans
    2 cloves minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. grated ginger
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Heat oil in a wok or skillet.
    Add green beans, ginger and garlic.
    Stir-fry for 2 minutes at high heat.
    Add soy sauce and water and cook, covered, for 3 to 5 minutes, until beans are done.
