Squash Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. thinly sliced squash
    1/2 c. sliced onions
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 beaten eggs
    5 1/3 oz. evaporated milk
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    chopped tomato
    chopped green onion
Preparation
    Microwave in covered dish squash, onions and water on High for 4 minutes.
    Drain and chop.
    Place in a greased pie pan.
