Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 rib or loin chops or 4 servings in cubes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    1 (9 oz.) can pineapple
    1/2 green pepper, cut in thin strips
    1 tomato, cubed
    1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Brown meat without fat.
    Add salt and water; simmer 30 minutes.
    Remove meat and pour off fat.
    In skillet, melt bouillon cube in hot water.
    Add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, pineapple juice, vinegar and mustard.
    (I add a little brown sugar and a sprinkle of ginger.)
    Combine starch and cold water.
    Stir in skillet mixture until thick.
    Add meat to sauce.
    Heat and add veggies and steam for 5 to 10 minutes to get flavor but leave veggies fairly crisp.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
