Browned Rice And Pork Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
1 can brown gravy
1 c. rice (uncooked)
3 to 4 carrots, sliced (precooked)
1 onion, sliced
Preparation

Trim fat from chops.
In large skillet, heat fat and use to brown chops.
Remove chops and put in rice and cook lightly in drippings.
Then add 1 cup water, gravy and carrots.
Stir, then place chops on top.
Place onion slices on top of chops.
Either cook in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or on top of stove for 45 minutes.
Put lid on skillet.
