Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. cornflake crumbs
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. dried Italian herb seasoning
4 chicken breasts, skinned
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes in olive oil, garlic and spices
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Have ready 11 x 7-inch microwave-safe baking dish.
Mix coating ingredients and coat chicken on all sides.
Arrange in single layer, thicker parts toward outside edges.
Cover loosely with wax paper and microwave on Medium-high for 12 minutes. Rotate dish 1/4 turn twice.
Pour tomato mixture over and around chicken.
Cover and microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
