Forgotten Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 1/2 lb.) chickens, cut up
    1 (15 oz.) can chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Season chicken to taste with salt and pepper.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour soup and rice mixture into a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole dish and top with the chicken.
    Cover and bake in a 250\u00b0 oven for 3 hours.
    I baked at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
