Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns*
    1 stick melted butter
    1 lb. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1/2 c. minced onions
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
