Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken or 4 to 6 boneless, skinless breasts
1 can Ro-Tel
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
hot pepper to your taste
2 c. shredded cheese
1 onion, diced
1 bag round corn tortilla chips
1 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Dip chips into broth.
Line cake pan bottom and sides with chips.
Mix all other ingredients together.
Pour into cake pan. Put chips on top.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
