Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. lime Jell-O
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 carton cottage cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. cabbage, shredded
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O with water and stir until dissolved.
    Add mayonnaise and cottage cheese.
    Chill until thickened.
    Add vegetables and chill until firm.
