1 large pkg. Oreo cookies
3 c. milk
2 small boxes instant French vanilla pudding
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 (16 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preparation

Crush cookies to a fine texture with rolling pin.
Sprinkle half on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat together milk and pudding; set aside to thicken.
Beat together margarine, sugar and cream cheese until creamy.
Add thawed whipped topping and pudding to cream cheese mixture; stir well.
