Egg Salad(Sandwich) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 hard-boiled eggs
2 tsp. regular mustard
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. pickle relish or sweet pickle or 5 small ripe or green olives (choose only one)
salt to taste
Miracle Whip (enough to hold together; no mayonnaise)
Preparation

Peel cooled boiled eggs. Mash eggs and add ingredients. Cut crusts from white or wheat bread as preferred. A slice of each is good. Spread bread lightly with \"Benecol\" margarine. Spread egg mixture over \"Benecol\" margarine side evenly and to sides of bread. Top with other slice of bread. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Happy eating.
