Golden Puffs(Donut Holes) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. each nutmeg and cinnamon
1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together well, then mix all ingredients until thoroughly blended. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls in hot oil (375\u00b0).
Fry until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
Drain.
Dip in sugar or powdered sugar after cooking, if you like.
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen puffs.
