Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
2 c. frozen or fresh strawberries
2 c. cream
graham cracker crust (2)
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar and beat until dissolved.
Add strawberries.
Whip cream and fold into strawberry mixture.
Pour into graham cracker crust and freeze.
Makes 2 pies.
