Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Pillsbury pie crust
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1/2 c. half & half
    3 or 4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. season salt
    1 c. shredded monterey jack cheese
    1 c. shredded swiss cheese
    1 pkg. cooked & drained chopped spinach
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 to 2 stems of celery, chopped
    1 pkg sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Cook pie crust for approx. 5 minutes at 400.
    Mix next 7 ingredients together and set aside.
    Saute onions and celery in margarine or butter.
    Saute mushrooms in butter or margarine.
    Mix all ingredients together and pour in pie crust.
    Cook at 350 for 1 hour.
