Barbecue Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. tomato sauce or catsup
1/2 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Marinate 3 to 4 pounds country-style spareribs overnight in a baking dish.
Mix all ingredients well before pouring over the spareribs.
Next day, bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours (or until done) at 350\u00b0.
Baste occasionally with sauce.
