Broiled Beef("Pulgogi") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef, well marbled
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. sesame salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    4 stalks green onions, coarsely chopped
    3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 tsp. fresh ginger, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. water, rice wine or white wine
Preparation
    Cut the beef into thin slices about 3-inch square by 1/8-inch thick.
    (This can be done at the meat department.)
    Marinate the beef in the remaining ingredients for over 1 1/2 hours. Traditionally, the meat is broiled at the table on a grill over charcoal, gas ring or hot plate.
    You can also use a frying pan or oven broiler.
