Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    48 large mushroom caps, cleaned and stems removed
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz or Town House)
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. minced langostino, crab or shrimp
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop mushroom stems fine.
    Combine all ingredients, except mushroom caps.
    Fill mushroom caps and place on \"sprayed\" cookie sheet.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
