Ingredients

16 oz. container milk substitute
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, separated
16 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries with syrup
Preparation

In a blender, whip the milk substitute for 2 minutes.
Turn off blender and add sugar, vanilla, egg yolk and strawberries. Whip for 30 seconds; put into a bowl and freeze for 30 minutes. In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold into ice cream and refreeze in a plastic covered container.
