Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. large mushrooms
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage
2/3 c. Italian bread crumbs
2/3 c. diced onions
1/3 c. grated walnuts
1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1/4 lb. butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Remove stems from mushrooms; dice stems.
Boil sausage for 2 to 3 minutes; remove skin.
Saute onions, celery and stems in butter.
Put sausage in blender or finely chop and add to saucepan with onions, celery and mushrooms.
Mix Parmesan cheese, walnuts and bread crumbs in large bowl.
Add other sauteed ingredients to bowl.
Cool slightly, then stuff caps.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Broil 1 to 2 minutes until slightly brown.
