Broiled Pink Grapefruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pink grapefruit
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. softened butter or margarine
    sprinkle of nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Cut grapefruit in half.
    Loosen sections with a grapefruit knife.
    Discard seeds.
    Put grapefruit in a shallow baking dish, cut side up.
    In small bowl, beat together butter, sugar and nutmeg until smooth.
    Dot butter mixture evenly on top of grapefruit halves.
    Broil about 4 inches from heat until topping is melted, bubbly and slightly browned (3 to 5 minutes).
