Pumpkin Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. canned pumpkin
Preparation

Combine butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Sift in dry ingredients and mix well.
Stir in pumpkin.
Fill 2 1/2-inch greased cupcake tins 2/3 full.
Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
