Potato Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    instant potatoes
    8 slices bread, crusts removed
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Prepare instant potatoes for 8 to 12 servings as directed on the box.
    Add a little more milk than called for.
    Brown onion and celery in butter.
    Cube bread slices and add to onion and celery. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix bread mixture with potatoes. Put in casserole dish and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
