Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. whole chicken breasts, deboned and deskinned
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
    1 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Boil chicken until done.
    Debone and deskin.
    Cut chicken into small pieces, then add soup, sour cream and poppy seed.
    Spread into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix crackers and melted butter together and sprinkle over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
