Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry or cherry jello
2 1/4 c. boiling water
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 large orange (navel)
1 large apple
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. or more chopped pecans
Preparation

Dissolve jello and sugar in boiling water and set aside to cool.
Wash and stem cranberries. Quarter and core apple and orange.
Select orange with thick skin but don't remove peel. Put all fruit through food blender.
