Easy Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising White Lily flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cider vinegar
    1 bottle red food coloring
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients together until beaten thoroughly and forms a creamy, smooth cake batter.
    Makes 2 layers.
    Cook 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool on wire rack.
