Zucchini Italian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 medium zucchini
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 green pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 egg
    1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Wash zucchini.
    Grind, onion, pepper and zucchini in food chopper.
    Add crumbs, oil, cheese and egg.
    Mix well.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Sprinkle a little cheese on top.
    Bake in casserole for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
