Easy Lunch Meat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) pkg. bread mix (bread machine) or 1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen bread dough, defrosted
spices (if desired)
lunchmeat, (i.e turkey, ham, salami)
cheese, (i.e. Swiss, Provolone, Mozzarella)
Preparation

Prepare bread according to package directions to make dough or defrost dough if using frozen.
Stretch dough out to form a rectangle approximately 9 x 13, on a floured surface.
Lay lunch meat on bread, leaving a border.
Cover with a layer of cheese. Sprinkle on spices, if desired, very good when using an herb bread mix and omitting spices.
Roll up jelly roll style, sealing edges and placing seam side down on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven or until golden brown.
Serve warm or cold.
