Bell Pepper Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bell peppers
    1 large onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. milk
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
Preparation
    Saute sliced bell peppers and onions in butter until tender. Add milk and shredded cheese.
    Lower heat.
    Stir until melted. Wrap in tortilla.
    Enjoy.
