Date Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. whipping cream (not whipped)
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and flour together.
    Fold in cream, dates and pecans.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0. Bake on low rack in oven.
