Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

In a large bowl mix ingredients.
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Preheat oven to 450\u00b0 and bake for 10 minutes.
Turn heat down to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes more.
