Mincemeat Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. pork spareribs, cut in pieces
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 c. mincemeat
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Put ribs, meat side up, in pan. Add water and a little salt. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Drain. Combine mincemeat, broth and vinegar.
    Pour over ribs.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 to 45 minutes. Baste occasionally with juices. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
