Onion And Mushroom Sauce(Serve With Yellow Tail Snapper Fillet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 scallions
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    3 large cloves garlic, minced
    1/8 tsp. dill weed
    1/8 tsp. seasoning salt
    1/4 tsp. lemon and pepper salt
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    pinch of basil
    1 c. white wine
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Saute minced garlic in margarine until golden brown.
    Add scallions and onion and cook until soft.
    Add remaining ingredients, except white wine and mushrooms, and simmer 3 minutes.
    Add mushrooms and white wine; simmer about 5 minutes. Pour over cooked fish.
    Serves 4.
