Hot Lettuce Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Chop bacon and fry until crisp.
    Beat egg.
    Add remaining ingredients to egg in a saucepan.
    Add bacon and a little bacon fat.
    Heat through.
    Serve over greens.
