Emmy'S Lasagna Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pkg. Hamburger Helper lasagna
5 c. chicken broth
1 (8 oz.) can corn
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 to 2 c. chopped zucchini, carrots or frozen vegetables
Preparation

Cook and stir beef and onion until brown.
Drain.
Stir in sauce mix, broth, corn, tomatoes and cheese, breaking up tomatoes. Heat to boiling.
Stir in noodles and zucchini.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
If too thick, thin with tomato juice.
