Julie'S Hot Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box frozen spinach
    1 onion, chopped
    16 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. half and half
    1 tomato, chopped
    2 to 3 jalapeno peppers
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Excellent to use with crackers, fondue dip or use your imagination.
