Chicken Enchiladas(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. skinless chicken breasts
    1 onion
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. water
    12 corn tortillas
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    olive oil Pam spray
    4 to 6 oz. reduced-fat Cheddar cheese or mixture of reduced and nonfat cheese
Preparation
    Cube chicken and, over low heat, cook in Teflon skillet.
    Add 1/2 chopped onion, garlic and cumin.
    Cover.
    Cook on low, stirring occasionally, until tender.
    Remove to large bowl.
