Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic in fat.
    Stir in ground beef, mushrooms, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add 3 tablespoons flour mixed in 1 cup bouillon and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in 1 cup sour cream.
    Heat, but do not boil.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
