Baked Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. shredded Jack cheese, freeze 10 minutes before shredding
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 (7 oz.) cans whole green chili peppers
3 well-beaten eggs
1 c. sour cream
black pepper to taste
butter
Preparation

In buttered baking dish, layer chilies and cheese. Beat eggs, pepper and sour cream.
Pour over cheese and chilies.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
