Dutch Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    5 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    maple syrup
    fruit
    whipped cream to garnish
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place butter in round cake pan and heat in 400\u00b0 oven.
    Blend flour, milk and eggs in blender for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Pour into heated pan.
    Bake 25 minutes.
    This rises with flat center.
    Serve warm with topping(s) of choice.
