Raspberry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. crushed berries
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 pouch Certo
Preparation
    Remove stems, wash and crush berries.
    Mix well with the sugar.
    Bring to a full rolling boil.
    Stir occasionally before the rolling boil, then add the Certo, stirring until it boils hard for 1 minute.
    Remove from stove.
    Remove the foam.
    Pour into hot jars and seal at once.
    Fill jars 1/8-inch from top.
