Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. beef
    1 can beer
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 jar pepperoncini with juice
    3 to 4 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in crock-pot. Cook 24 hours on low or 12 hours on high. Stir often. Serve on buns or deli rolls.
