Parmesan Cheese Straws Or Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash or up to 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/4 c. milk
    pecan halves (optional)
Preparation
    Put knife blade in food processor bowl.
    Add cheese and butter.
    Process until blended.
    Add flour, salt and red pepper; process about 30 seconds or until mixture forms a ball.
    Stop often to scrape down sides of bowl.
    Use cookie press for cheese straws or roll into 36 (3/4-inch) balls; flatten each ball with pecan half.
    Brush with
    milk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 minutes for straws, 10 minutes for rounds or until light brown.
