Sauteed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-lb mushrooms, cleaned and sliced thickly
    2 Tbs butter
    1 med. onion, thinly sliced
    1 tsp sugar
    2 Tbs dry white wine
    2 Tbs soy sauce
    Dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in wide frying pan on med. heat.
    Add onion. Cook and stir for about 5 minutes until soft.
    Add all remaining ingredients.
    Turn up heat to high.
    Cook and stir until liquid is nearly gone, about 5 minutes.
    Serves 4.
